For the first time, Bangladesh’s most beloved children’s programme ‘Sisimpur’ has arrived on OTT platform Bongo, giving young viewers the chance to stream it free of charge.
Bongo confirmed that all episodes from the brand-new 15th season are available to stream, featuring fresh adventures with the much-loved characters Halum, Tuktuki, Ikri and Shiku.
Since its launch in 2005, Sisimpur has been a household favourite among children. The show’s colourful cast has helped kids recognise letters, form words and build sentences, while also encouraging them to discover and learn from their everyday surroundings.
But Sisimpur goes far beyond just literacy. In a playful, engaging way, it introduces children to mathematics, the environment, health and hygiene, and even broader themes such as gender equality, social values and Bangladesh’s rich art, culture and traditions.
With its arrival on OTT, a whole new generation of children, and their families, can now enjoy Sisimpur anytime, anywhere.
