Bangladesh Khelafat Majlis Ameer Mamunul Haque called on his supporters to unite and work together for the victory of the party’s candidate in the upcoming elections.
Speaking at a rally on Thursday in support of the 11-party alliance candidate Mufti Hedayatullah Hadi in the Kishoreganj-1 (Kishoreganj Sadar-Hossainpur) constituency, Mamunul Haque emphasised the importance of voting for the alliance’s rickshaw symbol, which he described as a symbol of the people’s voice.
“We cannot allow the July uprising to fail. Vote for the 11-party alliance and let the people’s will be reflected in this election,” Mamunul Haque urged the large crowd.
The rally, held at the Azimuddin High School field in Kishoreganj Sadar, was attended by a massive turnout of supporters.
People from Kishoreganj and surrounding areas joined the event in large processions, creating an energetic and festive atmosphere.
The event was chaired by Maulana Abdul Mumin Sherzahan, president of Bangladesh Khelafat Majlis in Kishoreganj district.
Several leaders from the organisation spoke at the rally, expressing their determination to secure victory for their candidate by voting for the rickshaw symbol on 12 February.
The speakers also expressed optimism for a peaceful and fair election that would meet the expectations of the people.
