IPDC Finance has partnered with ABC Real Estate to offer tailored home financing solutions to customers purchasing selected properties from the real estate company.
The agreement was signed on Tuesday at a ceremony attended by IPDC Retail Business Head Mohammad Monirul Islam, Distribution Head Mohammad Shahidul Islam, Mortgage Head Mehedi Mahmood Khan, Home Loan Sales Head Imran Hossain, and ABC Real Estate Director Shougata Ghosh and General Manager Mohammed Zakir Hossain, said a press release on Thursday.
Under the partnership, customers will have access to competitive home loan interest rates and preferential loan processing benefits. The collaboration aims to make home ownership more accessible by integrating property offerings with financial support.
Monirul Islam said the partnership would create greater value and convenience for customers, supporting more families in turning their aspirations of home ownership into reality.
Ghosh said the partnership would offer prospective homebuyers greater convenience, flexibility and value throughout their property-buying journey.
