GPH Ispat Limited, a leading steel manufacturer in Bangladesh, organised a seminar in Chattogram focusing on the use of higher-grade rebar (B600D-R) in RCC structures.

Prominent speakers included Professor M Shamim Z Bosunia, Professor Syed Fakhrul Ameen, and Professor Raquib Ahsan, with GPH Ispat’s management team, led by Managing Director Mohammed Jahangir Alam, also attending.
Engineer Abdullah Al Hossain Chowdhury (Rizvi) delivered the keynote, highlighting the economic advantages and safety improvements of using high-quality rebar in modern construction.
