The Ministry of Public Administration has appointed secretaries to four key ministries and divisions on a contractual basis. The ministry issued four separate notifications on Tuesday regarding these appointments.
Rafiqul Mohammad has been appointed as secretary to the Ministry of Agriculture, while Kamruzzaman Chowdhury has been named secretary of the Health Services Division.
Shahidul Hasan has been appointed as secretary of the Local Government Division, and Abdul Khaleque has been made secretary of the Secondary and Higher Education Division.
According to the notifications, these individuals have been appointed for a one-year term effective from their respective dates of joining.
The appointments are subject to the condition that they relinquish any other profession, business, or working relationship with any public or private institution or organisation. The Ministry of Public Administration stated that these orders have been issued in public interest.
