Ballots from voters registered via the “Postal Vote BD” app will be included in the vote count only if they reach the Returning Officer (RO) by 4.30pm on 12 February.
Election Commission (EC) provided this information in a notice issued on Saturday.
The notice stated, “After receiving the ballot, voters registered through the ‘Postal Vote BD’ app should complete their voting as soon as possible and submit the yellow envelope to the nearest post office/post box.”
EC further clarified that only ballots reaching the RO by 4.30pm on 12 February will be incorporated into the final vote count.
