The Election Commission (EC) on Friday clarified that reports claiming the elections in Pabna-1 and Pabna-2 constituencies have been postponed are incorrect.
In an official statement, the commission said media reports citing the EC about election postponement were misleading.
The EC urged news outlets to avoid publishing such confusing information and called for the withdrawal of any inaccurate reports already released.
