Two fuel-laden vessels, one carrying liquefied natural gas (LNG) and another with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), have arrived at Chattogram Port, authorities confirmed on Friday.
The LNG vessel, which recently reached the port, arrived from the United States, according to the port’s Marine Department.
Syed Refayet Hamim, Secretary and spokesperson of the Chattogram Port Authority, told Times of Bangladesh that detailed information about the LNG and LPG vessels, along with other incoming fuel shipments, would be released shortly.
The arrival of these vessels marks a continuation of ongoing efforts to ensure steady fuel supplies to the country.
