Delegations from several election observer groups have met with Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus.
A five-member delegation from the International Republican Institute (IRI) paid a courtesy call on Yunus at the State Guest House Jamuna on Tuesday. The team was led by former Congressman David Dreier.
Meanwhile, a seven-member delegation from Turkey also paid a courtesy call on Yunus on Tuesday. The meeting was held at the State Guest House Jamuna, with the delegation led by Mehmet Akif Yilmaz, Chairperson of the Turkish-Bangladesh Parliamentary Friendship Group.

On Monday, a 23-member delegation from the Commonwealth Observer Group met the chief adviser at Jamuna. The team was headed by Commonwealth Observer Group Chair and former President of Ghana Nana Akufo-Addo.
Lamiya Morshed, Chief Coordinator for SDGs at the Chief Adviser’s Office, and senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were present during the meetings.
