Officials of Bangladesh Krishi Bank, led by BKB Officers’ Welfare Association Convener Syed Liaquat Hossain, paid tribute to martyred President Ziaur Rahman on the occasion of his 45th martyrdom anniversary on 30 May.
The bank officials placed wreaths at Ziaur Rahman’s grave and offered special prayers seeking eternal peace for his soul, the association said in a press release.
Officials from different levels of the bank joined the programme organised by the BKB Officers’ Welfare Association.
Among those present were the association’s Member Secretary Md Nure Alam Shawon, AGM Mohammad Jahed, Md Nurul Alam, Md Mamunur Rashid and SPO Md Tofazzal Hossain, alongside other leaders.
