The government has restructured the board of directors of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, appointing Rumee A Hossain as its new chairman.
Rumee is a sponsor director of Bank Asia PLC and currently chairs the bank’s executive committee.
State Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism M Rashiduzzaman Millat confirmed the reconstitution of the national carrier’s board on Saturday.
