Dhallywood actress Prarthana Fardin Dighi began her career on the big screen as a child artiste and quickly gained popularity. She is now regularly working as a leading actress and has taken on central roles in several films.
Her notable films as a lead actress include Tungiparar Mia Bhai, Tumi Acho Tumi Nei and Shrabon Jyotsnay.
In a recent interview, Dighi expressed her interest in playing actress Pori Moni in a biopic, describing the project as a challenging opportunity.
Dighi said Pori Moni once mentioned at an event that she would play herself if a biopic were made about her because no one else could portray her life properly.
“That statement itself made me interested in taking on the challenge. I think if a biopic about her is made, it would be a great entertainment biopic,” Dighi said.
Meanwhile, Dighi’s upcoming film Biday is awaiting release. The film is directed by Mehedi Hasan Hridoy.
