Bangladesh University is offering up to 100 per cent course fee waiver for students enrolling in the Fall semester, based on their SSC and HSC results, as part of its six-day admission fair.
The university has also announced an additional admission waiver of Tk5,000 to Tk10,000 for students completing enrolment during the fair, which began on Sunday at its permanent campus in Adabor, Mohammadpur, according to a press release.
Bangladesh University Registrar Brigadier General Md Mahbubul Haque (Retd) inaugurated the fair.

The event allows prospective students to gather information on academic programmes, visit campus facilities and interact with senior faculty members for guidance on higher education and career-focused learning.
The fair will continue until 21 August and remain open daily from 10am to 4pm.
The inauguration event was attended by Bangladesh University Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics Professor Md Tajul Islam, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Social Sciences and Law Md Humayun Kabir, heads of various departments, faculty members, students and administrative officials.
