After a brief hiatus, popular Dhallywood actress Apu Biswas, often hailed as the ‘Queen of Dhallywood’, has returned with a new look and noticeable weight loss, sparking excitement among fans ahead of her upcoming projects.
Meanwhile, leading actor Ador Azad recently completed work on ‘Pinik’ and ‘Tribunal’, and is preparing for the shooting of ‘Dhakaiya Devdas’. Recently, Apu and Ador were spotted together, fuelling speculation in the film industry that they may be paired in multiple projects. Sources suggest they are likely to star together in at least two films, though both actors have remained tight-lipped.
The rumours gained traction following a post by choreographer Mahfuz Qadri on Facebook, showing Apu Biswas, Ador Azad and producer Bandhan Biswas in the same frame. While Mahfuz described the image as “just an event moment,” fans believe it hints at a cinematic collaboration between the two stars.
It is reported that one of the films will be directed by Bandhan Biswas, with work beginning next month, while the other will be helmed by a well-known director, scheduled to start at the beginning of the new year. Official announcements are still awaited.
On the speculation, Apu Biswas said, “I am ready to return to work and prepare for a new film. However, I cannot say who I am returning with or whose project it is. The production company will officially announce it soon.”
Ador Azad echoed her sentiment, “Talks about several new films have been finalised, but the production companies and directors will announce the details. We will have to wait a few days.”
For context, Apu Biswas’s most recent release was ‘Lal Sari’, while Ador Azad last appeared in ‘Tagar’. Ador has also been in the news for multiple films with actress Shobnom Yeasmin Bubly, having collaborated on around half a dozen projects together.
