The popular on and off-screen pair Ananta Jalil and Barsha have featured as models in a new television commercial (TVC) directed by Hiru Khan.
The TVC was recently shot across multiple locations in and around Dhaka, with production taking place both inside and outside the capital.
The commercial is said to blend elements of the duo’s real-life relationship with their on-screen presence, aiming to reflect both personal and cinematic dimensions of their pairing.
Speaking about the project, Ananta Jalil said it was a satisfying experience returning to work on a well-planned production, adding that the team maintained strong professionalism throughout the shoot. He expressed hope that audiences would enjoy the final output once it is released.
Barsha also highlighted the collaborative effort behind the project, noting the attention given to costumes, lighting, camera work and makeup. She added that the concept reflects aspects of their personal life alongside their professional image.
Director Hiru Khan said the brief from Sheba Holdings Limited was to feature a star couple with success both in their personal lives and in the entertainment industry. He added that the aim was to present the pair in a fresh way through the commercial.
The project has been scripted by Golam Rabbani and also features Deen Islam, Priyanka Pew, Tanmay Surya, Shobhav, Parvez Anwar, Shuvo and Faisal in supporting roles.
