Amitabh Bachchan recently reflected on his relationship with son Abhishek Bachchan, saying differences in opinion do not necessarily mean different destinations.
In his latest blog post, the veteran actor wrote, “Pita putra dono rahe, ek manch par baithai; vichar alag alag ho chaahe, manzil ke hi aithe” — suggesting that fathers and sons may think differently while still sharing a common goal.
Amitabh also stressed the importance of respecting the younger generation and allowing them to have their own perspectives. He said relationships are about seeking, understanding and finding common ground through “love” and “respect”.
The actor is currently hosting the 18th season of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’. He will next reprise his role as Ashwatthama in the sequel to ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, alongside Prabhas and Kamal Haasan.
Abhishek was last seen in ‘Raja Shivaji’.
