Agrani Bank PLC has completed a 30-working day foundation training programme for 79 officers as part of its efforts to strengthen professional banking skills and operational efficiency.
Certificates were distributed among participants of the 96th and 97th Officer (Cash) batches at a closing ceremony held on Thursday at the Agrani Bank Training Institute (ABTI), according to a press release.
Agrani Bank Managing Director Md Anwarul Islam attended the programme as chief guest and handed over certificates to the trainees.
Deputy Managing Director Rubana Parveen and General Manager for Administration Md Jalal Uddin attended the event as special guests.
The training programme was chaired by ABTI Director and Deputy General Manager Farzana Begum.
Speaking at the event, Agrani Bank Managing Director Md Anwarul Islam advised participants to build their banking careers with honesty, dedication and professional ethics.
The bank said the programme was aimed at improving operational knowledge and preparing officers for more efficient customer service and banking operations.
Officials from different branches of the bank took part in the programme under two batches.
