The Asian Development Bank(ADB) will host a Business Opportunities Seminar on November 12 at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center in Dhaka, outlining current and future procurement, investment and private-sector opportunities tied to ADB-financed projects in Bangladesh.
The event is being organised with support from the Economic Relations Division in collaboration with key government agencies, ADB said in a statement.
The seminar will present project pipelines, tender prospects and private-sector financing windows under ADB operations. The World Bank will also join the programme and present its Bangladesh portfolio alongside ADB’s project briefings.
The event is expected to draw contractors, suppliers, development consultants, non-governmental organisations, private firms and major business associations from Bangladesh and abroad.
Officials from diplomatic missions and multiple government agencies will also attend, providing a platform for investor engagement, project matchmaking, and cross-agency collaboration on development financing and procurement.
