Md Mojibur Rahman, Managing Director of Janata Bank PLC, inaugurated a 20-day Managers Induction Course (Batch 01/2025) organized by Janata Bank Staff College on August 31.
The training course, aimed at enhancing managerial skills, saw the participation of 25 officers holding the position of Principal Officer and Senior Principal Officer at Janata Bank. The inauguration ceremony was attended by various senior officials, including the Deputy General Manager and Staff College In-charge, along with other executives and faculty members of the Staff College.
This initiative is part of Janata Bank’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership and develop skilled professionals to better serve the bank’s operational needs. The course will cover a variety of topics designed to enhance managerial expertise and leadership capabilities.
