Mobile operator Banglalink on Thursday announced a partnership with CliniCall Limited, a leading digital healthcare service provider in Bangladesh, to make comprehensive healthcare services accessible through its all-in-one app, MyBL.
The collaboration is part of Banglalink’s commitment to care-led digital services and its promise to place people at the centre of innovation, the company said in a press release.
Under the agreement, MyBL users will be able to access a wide range of digital healthcare services, including doctor consultations, medicine delivery, laboratory tests, and insurance coverage. The signing ceremony was held at Tiger’s Den, Banglalink headquarters. From Banglalink, Chief Digital Officer Golam Kibria, Chief Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Officer Taimur Rahman, and Growth and Engagement Director Rafiq Ahmed attended. Representing CliniCall were Chief Operating Officer Parvez Ahmed and Head of Technology Shaba Shams.
Golam Kibria said healthcare accessibility remains a critical challenge for millions across the country. He noted that through the partnership with CliniCall, Banglalink is bringing quality healthcare services directly to customers’ fingertips.
