The 11-party alliance has announced a new programme from 18 April to 2 May demanding implementation of reforms under the so-called July Charter.
Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary General Mia Golam Porwar announced the programme at a press conference held on Thursday at Al-Falah Auditorium in Moghbazar, Dhaka.
The programmes include a mass rally in Dhaka on April 18, rallies in all divisional cities excluding Dhaka on 25April, and rallies in all district towns on 2 May.
The alliance also said seminars will be held in divisional cities and important districts from 18 April to 2 May.
Leaders of the alliance further said divisional rallies and a mass gathering in Dhaka will be organised later.
Earlier, a meeting of top leaders of the 11-party alliance was held at the same venue, chaired by opposition leader and Jamaat Ameer Shafiqur Rahman.
The alliance had staged a protest rally in Dhaka on 4 April and has also carried out phased demonstrations at district level.
