The US Embassy in Dhaka has issued a new warning to foreign nationals, saying that abuse of facilities funded by American taxpayers will result in strict measures, including visa cancellation.
The information was disclosed in a notice published Saturday on the verified Facebook page of the US Embassy in Dhaka.
it said, “Foreign visitors who abuse or otherwise become reliant on U.S. taxpayer‑funded benefits can face severe consequences.”
“Nonimmigrant visa holders abusing these benefits may have their visas revoked and face ineligibility for future visas,” it added.
