Tasnim Jara, who was an independent candidate in the 13th parliamentary election, has announced that she will refund the donations made to her election fund.
She made the announcement in a post on her verified Facebook page on Tuesday.
She wrote, “We are sincerely grateful for the donations you gave to our election fund. Following the participation in the election as an independent candidate, those who wish to get back the donations provided, please fill out this form without hesitation to receive the refund.”
Regarding the procedure, she further wrote, “If you donated via bank, please fill out this form: https://forms.gle/9a3H74yrLFFeJoFw8.”
Tasnim Jara added, “Those who deposited cash directly at the bank, please apply even if the deposit slip is lost or not available. In that case, your money will be returned through some additional verification processes. If you donated via bKash, please fill out this form: https://forms.gle/NKTkkNVZvUvyrsGYA.”
The final date for submitting the form is 10 March, she added.
