BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman has visited the capital’s Evercare Hospital to see his mother and party Chairperson, Khaleda Zia.
He arrived at Evercare around 11:30pm on Sunday. After seeing his mother and inquiring about her treatment, he left the hospital after 12am.
Last Thursday, after returning to the country from London after more than 17 years of exile, Tarique Rahman visited the hospital to see his mother. He had also visited the hospital on Saturday.
Earlier, at 8:23pm on Sunday, Khaleda Zia’s daughter-in-law, Zubaida Rahman, came to the hospital. Ten minutes later, Tarique Rahman’s mother-in-law, Iqbal Mand Banu, arrived at the hospital. Khaleda Zia’s elder sister, Selima Islam, also visited the hospital the same night.
