Southeast Bank PLC held a meeting on ‘Strategic Business Directions’ on Friday at its Head Office.
The session was aimed at aligning strategic business priorities, addressing key operational challenges and formulating forward-looking action plans for sustainable business growth, said a press release on Saturday.
The bank Chairman M A Kashem attended the meeting while Directors Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Md Rafiqul Islam (Nominee Director of Asia Insurance) and Independent Director Md Azizul Haque also were present.
Managing Director Md Khalid Mahmood Khan presided over the meeting. Senior executives, Heads of all Branches and Regional Heads attended, with the bank describing the session as an important platform for strategic discussions, knowledge sharing and collaborative efforts towards its strategic objectives.
