Six members of the same family were killed in a joint US-Israeli attack on a residential building in western Iran. Iranian media reports that a six-month-old infant is among the deceased.
According to an Al Jazeera report, the attack was carried out on a residence in the city of Iwan in Ilam province, where an entire family lost their lives at the scene.
Citing a local official, Al Jazeera reported that a part of the building collapsed due to the attack. Rescue workers are still operating at the scene, searching through the rubble for casualties.

According to the Kurdistan Provincial Emergency Department, at least 969 people have been injured in the attacks on pro-Iranian elements in Kurdistan. He informed that 27 of the injured are currently admitted to various general hospitals in the province, and another five are receiving treatment in intensive care units.
Local authorities said volunteers and emergency relief workers are continuing rescue operations in collapsed homes and various establishments hit by the attacks.
