Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC convened its 908th Executive Committee meeting at the bank’s corporate head office, where board members reviewed the institution’s investment portfolio and discussed priorities across key sectors, the bank said in a statement.
The session was chaired by Executive Committee Chairman Akkas Uddin Mollah. Vice-Chairman Fakir Akhtaruzzaman and committee directors Md Sanaullah Shahid, Mohiuddin Ahmed, Engineer Md Towhidur Rahman, Mohammed Younus and Khandaker Shakib Ahmed took part in the discussions.
Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and Company Secretary Md Abul Bashar also attended the meeting. The bank said the committee assessed ongoing investment operations and examined proposals linked to future growth and sectoral expansion.
