Taxpayers have only 10 days left to submit their annual income-expenditure details by filing an income tax return. All taxpayers must submit their returns by 30 November.

The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has made it mandatory for everyone to file returns online this year. Therefore, there is no opportunity to file returns by going to the tax office this time.

Currently, there are about 1.15 crore Tax Identification Number (TIN) holders in the country. The TIN holders with taxable income are required to file returns.
