Bangladesh’s leading private airline Novoair Limited and top local electronics and home appliances company Electra International signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to offer reciprocal benefits for their customers, the companies said in a press release.
The signing took place on Wednesday at Electra International’s office in Dhaka, with Sohel Majid, Director of Sales and Marketing at Novoair, and Executive Director Shahid Ahmad Abdullah signing the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations. Senior officials from both companies were also present.
Under the MoU, Novoair passengers will receive special discounts on a range of products and services from Electra International. Likewise, Electra International customers will enjoy promotional offers on Novoair flights. The companies said the initiative aims to enhance customer experience and provide additional benefits through cross-promotional activities.
Sohel Majid, Director of Sales and Marketing at Novoair, said, “Novoair continuously introduces new initiatives to ensure enhanced service for our customers. Through this agreement, both organisations will work together to improve customer services, provide special offers, and expand business operations.”
Novoair currently operates daily flights from Dhaka to Cox’s Bazar, Chattogram, Sylhet, and Syedpur, the company said.
