The government has decided to observe November 7 as National Revolution and Solidarity Day every year with official recognition.
The Cabinet Division issued a circular on Tuesday, signed by Deputy Secretary for General Branch Tania Afroz.
The circular said the day has been included in the list of Category-A national observances, ensuring observance at the highest state level.
It said the decision followed an earlier Cabinet Division circular issued on 11 March, 2026.
The circular also directed all ministries, divisions, and agencies to take necessary steps to implement the decision.
