BNP has issued a directive stating that no formal celebrations will be held to mark the birthday of its acting chairperson, Tarique Rahman, on Thursday (20 November).
A press release signed by Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi was issued in this regard.
In the release, the party emphasised that activities such as displaying posters or banners, cutting cakes, and holding discussions are strictly prohibited.
The release also urged all BNP leaders and activists across the country to comply with the party’s instructions.
