Singer and actress Parsha Mahjabeen Purnee has set social media abuzz after sharing a photograph from her wedding, leaving fans curious about the man she has married.
In the picture, posted on Facebook on Saturday (7 November), Parsha appears in a saree beside her husband, whose face she has concealed with a lotus flower.
Her caption, which described a husband’s privacy as his wife’s honour, added to the intrigue.
“Men are like lollipops; if left unwrapped, ants are bound to arrive. Just as flies gather around a peeled banana or insects swarm around exposed sweets, that is simply the way of nature. In such a situation, it is entirely irrational to question the nature of the ants or the flies. Men from respectable backgrounds do not go around flaunting their looks or youth. The mystery has fuelled speculation that Parsha may have married an online activist whose name begins with the letter ‘A’.
Social media users have been examining posts and photographs shared by both individuals, pointing to what they believe are several clues. However, neither has confirmed the claims.
One detail attracting attention is a photograph the man posted on Instagram on 21 October. He was wearing a panjabi, with part of a red saree visible beside him.
Netizens believe the saree resembles the one Parsha wore in her wedding photograph. The date has also drawn attention, as Parsha reportedly said she got married on 22 October.
Some users have also compared the man’s panjabi in the October photograph with the outfit worn by Parsha’s husband in the wedding picture, claiming that the two appear similar.
Parsha’s September holiday in Sri Lanka has added another layer to the speculation. Photographs from the trip show her relaxing on a beach in a white outfit and hat.
Netizens have drawn comparisons between those pictures and images allegedly shared by the man.
Other details cited by social media users include a close-up photograph of Parsha’s eyes that the man reportedly shared while wishing her on her birthday.
The two also follow each other on Instagram. Some users further believe that both are currently in Kolkata.
These similarities have prompted many to connect the dots, but they do not establish the man’s identity as Parsha’s husband. Neither has addressed the speculation publicly, leaving the question unanswered.
