Bangladesh–India joint film Mitthye Kothar Shohore will be screened at the Bogura International Film Festival (BIFF) this Saturday (January 10) at 5:00 pm at Madhuban Cineplex. Directed by Ananda Kutum, Mitthye Kothar Shohore is a romantic psychological mystery that explores love, illusion, and urban life, making it one of the most anticipated screenings at BIFF.
The film follows a young Bangladeshi photographer who arrives in Kolkata as a traveller and observer. Through his camera, he captures streets, faces, and fleeting moments, gradually falling in love with a mysterious woman. Their relationship evolves beyond romance, turning into a personal search for meaning. The film’s storyline merges imagination and reality, keeping viewers guessing until a strange incident later in the narrative deepens the psychological mystery.

Mitthye Kothar Shohore features Bangladesh’s Jibon Roy alongside Indian actors Dipanwita and Abhijit Roy.
