Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, will appear as a guest judge on a new season of MasterChef Australia, broadcaster Network Ten has confirmed.
Her episode was filmed in Melbourne on Wednesday, with the eighteenth season of the popular cooking show set to air on April 19.
Meghan and Prince Harry are currently on a four-day visit to Australia, combining charity engagements with commercial appearances. The couple, who stepped back as senior royals in 2020, are travelling in a private capacity. It marks their first visit to the country since 2018.
During the trip, Meghan has visited a women’s refuge in Melbourne, while Prince Harry has taken part in sporting and official engagements, including a visit to the Australian War Memorial in Canberra.
Harry is also scheduled to speak at a psychosocial safety summit in Melbourne later this week, while Meghan is expected to take part in a public conversation event in Sydney over the weekend.
Meghan’s appearance on MasterChef Australia follows her recent lifestyle and cooking-focused projects, including her Netflix series ‘With Love, Meghan’.
