Priyanka Chopra Jonas has shared a heartwarming glimpse of daughter Malti Marie enjoying one of her mother’s most popular songs during the family’s stay in Hyderabad, reports Hindustan Times.
The actor, who arrived in India on Sunday with husband Nick Jonas and Malti, took to Instagram on Monday to post a candid moment from their visit.
In the photo, Malti is seen sitting on a sofa, completely engrossed in the television.
Instead of cartoons, however, the three-year-old was watching her mother perform Tune Maari Entriyaan from the 2014 film Gunday, appearing to happily sway along to the chart-topping track.
Sharing the adorable moment, Priyanka tagged Nick Jonas and captioned the post: “Who would have thought,” alongside a crying face and red heart emoji.
The actor also posted another photograph showing Malti spending quality time with her grandmother, Madhu Chopra, as the pair walked together on a terrace.
Fans quickly flooded social media with affectionate reactions. “She must be absolutely amazed and proud,” one user wrote, while another commented, “Malti is vibing.”
Others described the moment as “so cute” and “beautiful.”
Released in 2014, Gunday was directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and starred Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, and Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
Set in Kolkata, the action drama follows two orphaned friends who rise from coal smugglers to influential figures, only for their bond to be tested by love and rivalry.
Its soundtrack became a major success, with Tune Maari Entriyaan, sung by Bappi Lahiri, KK, Neeti Mohan, and Vishal Dadlani, emerging as one of the film’s biggest hits. The song was composed by Sohail Sen, with lyrics by Irshad Kamil.
Priyanka is currently expected to resume work on SS Rajamouli’s Varanasi, her first Indian film in eight years.
The ambitious action-adventure stars Mahesh Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Priyanka in the role of Mandakini.
Blending Indian mythology with science fiction and time-travel elements, the film is among the most expensive productions in Indian cinema and is scheduled for a theatrical release in April 2027.
Although the makers have not officially confirmed Priyanka’s latest shooting schedule, her arrival in Hyderabad with her family has fuelled speculation that filming is set to resume.
