Odisha’s Jyotirmayee Nayak has emerged as the winner of Indian Idol Season 16, lifting the coveted trophy during the grand finale aired on Sony Entertainment Television on Sunday, reports First Post.
Jyotirmayee outshone fellow finalists Anshika Chonkar, Manraj Veer Singh, Myscmme Bosu, Suhail Sufi, and Tanishk Shukla to claim the title after months of competition.
Known for her versatility and powerful vocals, Jyotirmayee impressed both the judges and audiences throughout the season with consistently strong performances across a wide range of musical genres.
Her grand finale rendition of Saiyaan O Saiyaan proved to be one of the highlights of the night, earning widespread appreciation and helping secure her victory.
