Jahangirnagar University (JU) has announced a 25-day vacation for the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha and summer holidays.
The vacation is scheduled to commence on 21 May and will continue until 14 June.
The announcement was made on Tuesday in a notice signed by the university’s Acting Registrar ABM Azizur Rahman.
According to the notification, all academic classes will remain suspended from 21 May to 14 June. Furthermore, the university offices will observe a 16-day holiday from 24 May to 8 June.
The notice also mentioned that relevant departments may maintain operations on a limited scale if necessary.
