The Namaz-e-Janaza of former acting President and former Speaker Barrister Jamir Uddin Sircar will be held at 5pm today at the South Plaza of Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban.
Later, Barrister Sircar, a BNP Standing Committee member and senior lawyer, will be buried at the designated premises of the Jatiya Sangsad, according to a press release issued by the Parliament Secretariat, reports BSS
Barrister Jamiruddin Sircar passed away at a private hospital in the capital at 4:19am today at the age of 94.
