The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced a significant escalation in its operations, claiming to have carried out massive, coordinated strikes using advanced missiles and drones against US military sites.
Reports from the IRNA news agency specify that the Al Dhafra airbase in the UAE was a primary target, with the IRGC claiming to have neutralized early-warning radars and facilities for MQ-9 and U-2 aircraft.
Additionally, the group reported that missile strikes on Kuwait’s Ali Al Salem airbase damaged essential infrastructure, including fuel storage and runways.
