Infinix has positioned its Note 60 Pro as a smartphone designed to improve visual comfort for users spending long hours on digital screens, introducing high-frequency display dimming and motion sickness reduction features as smartphone usage continues to increase.
The company said the device addresses the growing challenge of digital eye strain by incorporating technologies aimed at reducing display flicker and improving viewing comfort during prolonged use, whether for work, study, social media or entertainment.
According to the company, prolonged screen exposure has become an unavoidable part of daily life, with smartphone users spending hours each day attending online classes, responding to work emails, browsing social media and watching videos.
One of the main causes of eye strain is display flicker, particularly when smartphones are used at low brightness in dimly lit environments. Although often invisible to users, prolonged exposure can contribute to eye discomfort, headaches and fatigue.
The Infinix Note 60 Pro features 2304Hz Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) dimming technology, which operates at a higher dimming frequency to reduce imperceptible flickering while maintaining display quality.
The company said the technology is intended to make extended reading, late-night study sessions and prolonged content viewing more comfortable.
The smartphone also includes Motion Sickness Relief, a feature designed for users who frequently use their phones while travelling.
According to the company, the feature provides a more stable viewing experience when reading, watching videos or replying to messages inside moving vehicles, helping reduce visual discomfort during commutes.
