India to tour Bangladesh as BCB announces packed home season for 2026

Bangladesh will have a packed home calendar in 2026 as the Bangladesh Cricket Board announced a full year of international cricket at home. The schedule includes series against Pakistan, New Zealand, Australia, India, Sri Lanka A and West Indies across all three formats.

The year will begin with Pakistan visiting Bangladesh in March for a three match ODI series. Soon after, New Zealand will arrive in April and May to play both ODIs and T20Is. These series will set the tone for a busy season at home.

In May, Pakistan will return again, this time for a two Test series under the ICC World Test Championship. Australia will then tour Bangladesh in June for a limited overs series featuring ODIs and T20Is.

India’s tour will take place in late August and September. The series will include both ODIs and T20Is and is expected to draw massive attention from fans. Later in the year, West Indies will visit Bangladesh in October and November for a two Test series, also part of the World Test Championship.

Alongside the senior men’s team fixtures, Bangladesh will also host Sri Lanka A in May. The tour will include four day matches and one day games, giving local players more exposure and match time.

The schedule promises a season full of high quality cricket at home, giving Bangladeshi fans the chance to watch top international teams across formats.
