An Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) delegation sought the support and cooperation of Commerce Minister Khandakar Abdul Muktadir for the future development and advancement of the Chartered Secretary profession in Bangladesh.
The Minister assured the delegation of his support and cooperation for the Institute.
The delegation, led by ICSB President Mohammad Shahajahan, FCS, called on the Minister on Sunday.
ICSB President introduced the delegates and apprised Abdul Muktadir of activities undertaken for professional development and the Institute’s future plans. The delegation thanked the Minister for his time and expressed hope that his continued support and guidance would help the Institute achieve its objectives, said a press release on Monday.
ICSB Senior Vice President Md Rafiqul Islam, FCS, ICSB Council Members Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun, FCS, and Khondakar Nasir Uddin Mahmud, FCS, and ICSB Secretary and Chief Executive Officer Md Shabbirul Alam Chowdhury attended the meeting.
