The government has transferred nine senior assistant secretaries and deputy directors to different districts as additional deputy commissioners (ADCs).
According to separate gazette notifications, the officials must join their new workplaces by May 20, otherwise they will be treated as stand released from the afternoon of the same day.
Financial Institutions Division Senior Assistant Secretary Joynal Abedin was transferred to Jamalpur as ADC.
Primary and Mass Education Ministry Senior Assistant Secretary Md Iqbal Hasan was posted to Khagrachari as ADC. Directorate of Government Accommodation Chattogram Deputy Director Irine Akter was transferred to Rangamati as ADC.
Industries Ministry Senior Assistant Secretary Abu Russel was posted to Cox’s Bazar as ADC. Bangladesh Food Safety Authority Deputy Director Ayesha Siddiqua was transferred to Naogaon as ADC.
Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division (IMED) Deputy Director Mahbub Hasan was posted to Lakshmipur as ADC.
Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training Deputy Director Rezwana Kabir was transferred to Gopalganj as ADC. IMED Deputy Director Minhazul Islam was posted to Chapainawabganj as ADC.
Bangladesh Public Service Commission Deputy Director Mofizur Rahman was transferred to Sherpur as ADC.
The notifications said the orders issued in public interest came into effect immediately.
