BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on Thursday visited Nayeb-e-Amir of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dr Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher, who is undergoing treatment at a hospital in the city.
Around 1pm , the BNP Secretary General inquired about the physical condition of Mohammad Taher, who is undergoing treatment, and later offered prayers for his recovery.
Jamaat said Mohammad Taher has been admitted to United Hospital for the past week due to heart-related complications. During this time, he has successfully undergone a surgery.
Earlier, on 21 October, he was admitted to the hospital as part of routine medical observation. He also received treatment in the United States during the Chief Adviser’s visit to the United Nations.
