Bollywood actor Salman Khan wished Shah Rukh Khan eternal youth on his 61st birthday, prompting a playful response from the ‘King’ star, who credited Salman for motivating him to work on his physique.
According to Hindustan Times, Shah Rukh celebrated his birthday on 2 November, with several celebrities sharing wishes on social media. Salman sent his greeting late at night through an Instagram Story featuring “Tu Mil Jaaye”, a song from Shah Rukh’s upcoming film ‘King’.
“Happy Birthday, Shah Rukh! May you always stay young, The King. That is my prayer for you.” Salman wrote, expressing his wish for Shah Rukh to stay young forever.
Shah Rukh reshared the post and responded with a light-hearted message, saying he had worked hard on his physique because of Salman’s earlier comment about his appearance.
“You said I have a good physique without a shirt, and that’s why I worked hard on it. Love u brother always,” Shah Rukh wrote.
The exchange offered fans a glimpse of the long-standing camaraderie between the two Bollywood stars.
