Election materials and officials are being transported via helicopter to three highly remote polling centres in Khagrachhari-298 parliamentary constituency.

The centres – Naraichhari in Dighinala upazila, and Suknachhari and Phutyachhari in Lakshmichhari upazila – are considered the most inaccessible locations within the seat.

The airlift operation commenced at noon on Monday, with a helicopter departing from the Lakshmichhari Army Zone helipad for the Suknachhari centre.
