The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has transferred the officers-in-charge (OCs) of four police stations in the capital. The announcement was made through an office order issued by DMP Headquarters on Tuesday.
According to the directive, Kazi Md Rafiq Ahmed, the OC of Uttara Paschim Police Station, has been reassigned to the Detective Branch. He is replaced by Mohammad Khalid Mansur, who previously served as the OC of Banani Police Station.
Additionally, Muhammad Faridul Islam, an official from the DMP Linewar, has been appointed as the new OC of Banani Police Station. Mohammad Mazharul Islam, another official from the Linewar, has been moved to Vatara Police Station.
