Dhaka Metropolitan Police arrested 401 people and filed 50 cases during raids across the capital over the past 24 hours.
The DMP disclosed the figures in a press release issued by its Media and Public Relations Division on Friday.
Of those arrested, 44 were held by Ramna Division, 26 by Lalbagh Division, 42 by Wari Division, 41 by Motijheel Division, 31 by Tejgaon Division, 119 by Mirpur Division, 47 by Gulshan Division and 38 by Uttara Division.
The Detective Branch arrested another 13 people.
Police said they recovered 25,109 yaba tablets, 20.95 kilograms of cannabis, a battery-run autorickshaw, 15 bamboo torches, 83 mobile phones, a banner carrying Awami League slogans, five placards, a HiAce vehicle, 6,600 SIM cards, a laptop and a microbus during the operations.
One victim was also rescued, the DMP said.
The arrests were made during raids in different police station areas of the capital, while legal proceedings against those detained were under way.
