Miscreants exploded a cocktail inside the passport office under Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Police Station in the capital’s Agargaon.
The incident occurred around 9:30pm on Friday. Witnesses saw miscreants arriving on a motorcycle exploded a cocktail at the main gate of the passport office.
After the explosion, they fled quickly riding their motorcycle, said Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Police Station’s Officer-in-charge (OC) Md Manirul Islam.
No casualties have been reported. Those who carried out the act will be brought under the law, he said.
