Bank Asia PLC has formed a strategic partnership with Orogenic Resources (BD) Limited for physical document archiving and management services.
The signing ceremony took place on 24 September 2025 at Bank Asia Tower, Karwan Bazar, Dhaka. The event was attended by ANM Mahfuz, additional managing director of Bank Asia, Syed Zulkar Nayen, deputy managing director of Bank Asia, and Md Abdul Haq, director of Orogenic Resources. The agreement was signed by Mirza Azhar Ahmad, deputy managing director of Bank Asia, and AHA Al Rahman, managing director of Orogenic Resources, on behalf of their respective organizations.
As part of this partnership, Bank Asia’s critical documents—such as account opening forms, card forms, credit files, and other important records—will be securely archived and managed at Orogenic Resource’s dedicated warehouse facilities in a structured and organized manner.
This collaboration marks a significant step in enhancing the bank’s operational efficiency while ensuring the safe and efficient management of vital documents.
